Online Session
Takes place on a Tuesday or Wednesday (limited availability) on Zoom.

Trial Face-To-Face
If you'd rather meet in person, I offer one 50-minute taster at my space in Exeter.

Phone Check-in
Are available for any of my past clients for 30 minutes online or over the phone.

In-Person Session
Run at a set time weekly on a Tuesday afternoon for 50 minutes.
Please note: I currently have small availability for fortnightly sessions.
